Here is a photo of us doing our celebration for the Cultural Festival. We were speaking in Maori and more. It was so fun for me because I felt proud speaking my culture.

Kapa haka Reflection

Pukana Hard

This is a video on our kapahaka performance it was amazing but shifty at the start. What I loved about kapahaka is that we stand for our Lord and worship and praise him only and he comes first.

Mass Knowledge

Today I and Kuini made a Mass Knowledge project on what we know about mg, grams, kilograms, and tonnes. This helped me conversions for mass, measurements of different mass and more.

Technical/Digital Work

Technology week/Waitangi Treaty Week

Here is a short film on what we did all week with the Waitangi Treaty Grounds. We learned how to sculpt things with 3d shapes, paint things with 3d shapes, build things with 3d shapes, make animations, do VR (Virtual Reality), code the robots to make them do what we wanted them to and more.

What I found fun was making the projects that we made with all those digital learning devices. This was one of my best digital learning weeks and the only one. Hope you enjoy this clip. We visited the Flagstaff, a marae, different trees an heaps more.

Figurative Language Rap

Figurative Language Rap

This is a rap about figurative language, this song is about  Hyperbole, Personification, Onomatopoeia, Alliteration, Assonance, Metaphor and Simile it tells you what these 7 things mean. Our teacher taught it to us so we can add it into our writing to make it more interesting/entertaining. I think the song has helped us with our writing to make it more precise and understandable.
Hope you enjoy!!!
