Last week my whole class and I did a piece of writing which is also classed as a moment in time. This writing had to be based on a little snippet of our holiday like for instance running from a cow. I have a few goals that I have to achieve in my writing status that should be writing underneath my title on the piece of writing.

Let's CODE!!!
Last week on the 23rd of October my class and I went to Waitangi to go and learn how to code on microchips. I learnt so many things such as: how to actually code, how to download my data on to a microchip, how to make a human circuit and also how to identify the 9 different parts on the microchip. I'd like to say a huge thanks to Whaea Kerry and Whaea Monika without their help I wouldn't know how to code at all.
YEAH!!!!
Last week on the 22nd of October my Rippa Rugby team and I had a tournament over at the Kaikohe rugby clubs. Teams from Kaikohe Intermediate School, Kaikohe West School, Kaikohe East School, and us Kaikohe Christian School. These games were hosted by Matua Ferron and a few others from Sport Northland who agreed to contribute. What I really loved about our day is that we used some of the skills that we learnt and that I scored a try. Things that helped us to succeed was first of all JESUS, and lastly encouragement from the sideline. Here are some photos.

Invisibility rings!!!
This morning on the 29th of October Mahina, Tawa, and I were thinking about our boundaries and what we would do if we were invisible. We came up with a few good thoughts that are perpetrated on our google drawing down below.
Working hard and working fast!!!
On the 28th of October 1890, the labour day was invented to give 8-hour workers a rest. The labour day was invented by a fellow who goes by the name of Samuel Parnell, this labour weekend I have learnt who invented labour day, why it was invented when it was invented, and how it was invented. I celebrated my labour weekend with my brother-inlaws family and also my best friend from Hamilton.

THE NUCLEUS!!!
Last term Mahina, Taylah, and I were working on two different models that were relevant to the Immune system. One model, which is the model I made, was to present the inside of the cells and the different compartments that are located inside a cell. I think scientists use models all the time when they are studying or communicating ideas to explain what they are learning or how they do it.

Volley-ball
Volley-ball
Yesterday on the 15th of October Kuini, Davalamayne, Fern, Atlanta, Taylah, Mahina, Whaea Matekino and I went to the Whangarei ASB Stadium to perpetuate our skills and ahua on the court. We also went for our main reason JESUS we went to go and declare his name and gospel in all we do throughout our lives. My thoughts on volley-ball are it was an amazing experience to go and interact with other schools from all over the hub of the Northland. The hosts were brilliant and organized and I loved the way they coached it was just a straight whistle and arm out not a yell on the side of the court. So for me it such an amazing experiment and a lot of fun contributions within that day.
