Guess Where I am...

Hi here is another blog post. 

My class and I are learning how to show not tell in our writing. I just learned how to show not tell in my writing. I made a paragraph of writing with show not tell in it. I also high lighted the parts where I showed but didn't tell. And show not tell is when you show where you are or how you are feeling without actually saying it.Enjoy reading.

‘Ring, ring, ring, ring'. I could hear footsteps around the corner. Books were strewn all over the ground. Paintings were scattered with spiders and cobwebs. Is that blood  dripping from the ceiling? Adrenaline was pumping through my body. My heart was a hammer banging against my chest. Goosebumps appeared all over my body. Paintings came alive as I walked by. The footsteps were coming closer and closer. Dust was over the doors, windows were cracked, the floor planks were broken and my shadow was appearing and disappearing each time I took a small step. As I walked closer to the exit I fell into a trap and broke my neck. And my friends that’s the end of my worst nightmare.
